Allegheny Health Network as partnered with levelHEADS to advance a $200m Cancer Initiative which involves multiple new Community Cancer Centers across Western Pennsylvania. levelHEADS is serving as Owner's advocate for medical planning and prototype design, while serving as Architect of Record on one of these Community sites currently.
levelHEADS and The Church of the Covenant, located in University Circle, Cleveland OH have partnered to advance the refurbishment of their recreation hall and commerical kitchen. This 100+ year-old church wants to modernize their church, social, and education spaces while providing community outreach spaces that are conducive to their intention.
levelHEADS has been advancing some major healthcare campus master planning including several Micro Hospitals. Most facilities are located within a campus setting including retail, community spaces, and out-patient clinics. Hospital components include out-patient surgery, 8-12 short-stay beds, imaging, innovation centers, and medical clinics.
Menorah Park, Center for Senior Living, located in Beachwood, OH, is working with levelHEADS, Inc. to support their Vision of implementing a 7-story, 100-Bed Residence Tower and 250-car Structured Parking Deck.
levelHEADS is providing Master Planning, Cost Estimating, and Owner's Rep Services. LevelHEADS is working with Perkins Eastman, the Architect of Record.
levelHEADS, Inc. helped the Bartolone family reconstruct their family's business, Cornerstone Market & Deli, which burned down in early 2015. The new design improved their brand and outreach by providing a more community-oriented facility and family-centered environment. The new 8,800 sf facility opened in June 2016. levelHEADS served as the Architect of Record and Interior Designer. Project is located in Monroe Falls, OH and was featured in the August 2016 Issue of Properties Magazine.
levelHEADS joined forces with Ozanne Construction to serve as Construction Management Support for a 65,000 sf, 2-story Medical Office Building for University Hospitals in Broadview Heights, OH. Our services include supporting Ozanne with Lean/six Sigma processes, Pull-planning, User Group interface, and A/E/C and Client relationship building. Construction is slated for completion by second quarter 2016. The Architect of Record was Moody Nolan.
levelHEADS partnered with Signer/Integrated Wellness Partners to provide Lead Design services for a 12,000 sf METHOD Sports Performance Center. The Facility consists of Youth Performance Training, a Human Performance Lab, and adult programs. A running track rings the work out facility from a mezzanine above. The facility opened up in September 2016. The Architect of Record was Farnsworth.
levelHEADS Inc. continues to evolve our service offering which now includes K-12 projects and the Education market. We have worked with multiple school districts on projects including master planning and sports complex design, classroom renovations, roof and paving replacements and several other facility upgrades. Our latest project includes the renovation of an entire classroom wing for Port Clinton High School.
levelHEADS teamed up with Design/Build Contractor RBVetCo to transform and existing hospital laundry facility at the Erie Veteran's Administration into a 4,600 sf Human Resource Office Suite. Construction costs were approximately $700,000 and were focused almost 100% on interior renovation work and creating a new exterior front entry. levelHEADS maximized the space to actually provide 10% more cubicle work spaces and an additional conference room then the original program required.
levelHEADS has forged a strong new relationship since fall of 2014 with the Philadelphia VA, through Trident Group, Ltd. levelHEADS is supporting Trident by providing Architect of Record services. The first project is an Interventional Radiology suite where we are providing Construction Administration services. The second project is a Cath Laboratory where we are replacing all medical equipment for the 1,200 SF Suite.
The third is a $6m, 13,000 dgsf same day surgery reorganization project of the current Prep/recovery, PACU, Procedure Rooms (2), and miscellaneous support space including physician offices, on-call, and family waiting.
levelHEADS served as the Interior Designer and Architect of Record for the renovation of the 130,000 sf Harvard Crossing Building in Highland Hills. The University Hospitals "Customer Services Center" facility includes the consolidation of over 800 employees from the region on four floors. The project included Customer Service, Patient Access, Concierge, and Revenue Cycle Departments. Project completion was March 2015 and was featured in the May 2015 issue of Properties Magazine.
levelHEADS partnered with Signet Enterprises to advance healthcare projects in the Midwest. levelHEADS served as Lead Designer for a 28,000 sf Health & Wellness Center for Advocate BroMenn Health System. The project consisted of Medical Fitness, Running Track, Therapy and Lap Pools, Groups Rooms and a Conference Center. Facility opened up in September 2016. The Architect of Record was Farnsworth.
levelHEADS partnered with Signet Enterprises to design a 50,000 sf Medical Office Building and Ambulatory Surgical Center for Spectrum Orthopaedics in Canton, Ohio. The project consists of Orthopaedic clinic, MRI, PTOT, and ASC. levelHEADS has a strong medical planning background and lean assessment process. Facility consolidation, competitor edge, creating a new brand, and efficiency and operational improvements topped the list of Client expectations for this project.

levelHEADS partnered with Donley's Inc. as the "Design Architect" for a 1,200-car employee parking structure that replaceed the Lot 59 parking structure on the University Hospitals, Case Medical Center campus. Trotta's structured parking garage experience, familiarity with University Circle, CWRU, University Hospitals, and City of Cleveland Design Review Committee processes helped to expedite project implementation, while providing a contextual garage that fits the fabric of its institutional and residential neighbors.
levelHEADS, Inc. was engaged in 2013 to assist Mount Carmel Health System with the implementation planning of over $600m of capital projects on the Grove City and Mount Carmel East Campuses.
Our implementation planning scope is comprised of project delivery model definition, AEC consultant selection process recommendations, RFP development, process collateral and tools, and integrated project delivery. Criteria Design is set to complete in early 2014 and included selected firms NBBJ, Gresham Smith, Messer, Navigant, and Quandel/Hunt.
