levelHEADS' Inc, continues expanding service lines to include exciting projects based on design excellence and innovation. Our latest residential project includes re-purposing an old ball bearing, manufacturing building into a live/work artist studio in the progressive Cleveland neighborhood - Tremont. The artist wanted to renovate the 4,000 sf. industrial brick building and take advantage of large windows, high ceilings and the premier location. The entire interior was gutted back to the original masonry envelope and removal of four feet of a one-story addition to turn into a new garage to navigate steep site grades and accommodate automobile clearances. The Artspace includes a full kitchen, master bedroom, living room, and remainder dedicated to the artist's studio and gallery. All spaces are connected by natural light, painted roof joists, an open floor plan, and finish/FF&E selections including new polished concrete floor, accent lighting and modern casework. The project will be featured in a late fall issue of Properties Magazine.
